3 Time Management Tips

3 tips to help you get more done with your time and be more productive.....
1. Record a Time Diary - oh WOW! this was an eye opener for me?? I was wasting sooooo much time! scrolling scrolling scrolling..................................................................
Be honest and record 1 week and then have good talk to yourself if needed, like me??
2. Create a Must Do list - if you have your goal set then you will know what steps you need to take that will get you closer to your goal, then do not finish your day without completing your Must Do List, it feels amazing when you keep this going!
3. Declutter - your workspace and your mind, this really makes such a difference, especially decluttering your mind and not allowing any negative talk to distract you, just say "No! Not today! I have a Must Do list to complete within the next hour" and don't listen to negative Nancy, this really is so powerful!
I hope this is helpful, I can't believe how much I have accomplished when I started managing my time....
